Every Saturday, Ponce City Market hosts a fitness class at The Shed for those who live to rise early (but not too early) and start the weekend with a workout. Led by trainer and co-founder of Fitspot Sammy Coartright, the class combined high-intensity calorie burning moves with vinyasa yoga sequences.
