ORGANIC COOKIE BOUTIQUE: A Haute Cookie — 1039 Grant St SE - B17 — opened its doors recently at The Beacon, Grant Park’s new shopping complex. Owner/chef Shiana White (pictured) offers a delicious array of sweets, from cookies to ice cream sandwiches, all made from her recipes and cooked on the premises. You say you want cookie dough? A Haute Cookie offers a variety of flavors of uncooked sweetness, too. Chocolate chip cookies, sugar cookies heavy on the sprinkles, strawberry cookies — with vegan and gluten-free options available.
PONCE CITY MARKET: The Ponce City Market offers so much more than the usual dining and retail complex. Take the original elevator up to the roof and you’ve made a trip to Skyline Park, a midway of familiar, family-friendly games, including Skee Ball, Derby Race, and Ring Toss, along with a mini-golf, a three-story high slide and a Heege Tower. It’s the boardwalk for those doing an Atlanta staycation.

MEETINGS AND RECEPTIONS: The Ponce City Market has spaces available for that quarterly business meeting — or, if you want to throw a party for friends.

A VIEW FOR YOU: Watch the sunset from the terrace at Nine Mile Station. Have your camera ready, you’ll want to catch the moment from the city’s best view on Ponce De Leon Avenue.
SLIDE, BABY, SLIDE: The Three Story Slide makes kids of all ages smile!
