This barn-shaped spot serves old-style vinegar-based barbecue, mostly pork, on a specially designed pit. You won’t find any butts or shoulders, which are more greasy and don’t absorb the smoke as well. Specialties include chopped pork sandwiches, pork ribs, Brunswick Stew and baked beans.
