Inspired to preserve these endangered recipes and the traditional ways of making them, Mike founded Storico Fresco Pasta (Storico Fresco means "fresh history" in Italian) to create a line of pastas that are faithful, handmade reproductions of these great Italian foods.

All pastas are freshly made using premium Italian flour producers, no genetically modified (GMO) ingredients, and no processed foods. Eggs come from free range chickens, which are raised on Storico Fresco's local farms.

Products are sold in Storico Fresco's location or at the Peachtree Road Farmers Market, Marietta Square Farmers Market, Farm Mobile, Moore Farms CSA, and prepared at restaurants Holeman & Finch and Local Three.
