Quinones is technically the third restaurant of Atlanta star chefs Anne Quatrano and Clifford Harrison. In many ways, though, the food served in the quietly sumptuous room on the subterranean level of the west side complex that houses Bacchanalia tastes like an expanded, concentrated distillation of the food served upstairs. The eight-course menu changes nightly.
