The Rock*A*Teens are back again

Image And the Rock*A*Teens are back again for one more show — the group’s first local appearance since gracing the Earl’s stage for a two-night stand back in June. This time the Atlanta legacy act is taking over the intimate confines of 529. Who knows when they’ll play around these parts again?

“We’re taking the reunion step by step, really,” says the Rock*A*Teens bass player Will Joiner. “We haven’t ruled anything out, particularly since the tour was such a success and people seem to want us to hang around. One thing for sure is that we will not be a reunion band,” he adds. “If we keep going there will be new material. We’re a really tight-knit group of friends who love to play music and be around one another. So I think it’s possible that we could keep this thing alive but only time will tell.”
