According to Tommy Lee, Southern Comfort’s karaoke guru and your no. 1 source over the holiday break for news about the Conley, Ga. bar, the legendary honky-tonk haunt won’t shut down.

? Lee posted last night on Facebook that a new owner stepped forward to purchase the bar and it will remain open.

? This morning he clarified the post, urging people to come tonight as “no money has changed hands yet just signed a contract so hopefully it goes thru will know more next week, so be sure to come out and pack Soco so we can remain open, God bless you all.”
