b>Benefit for Bryan Cole — See listing for March 24. Fuzzy’s Place (Sarig)

MICHAEL KAMEN: MUSIC ON HIS MIND — Conductor Michael Kamen has composed numerous works for stage and screen. He has worked with countless musical artists, though his best-known collaboration was with Metallica for their S&M album. His “An American Symphony” is featured in the film Mr. Holland’s Opus, while his most recent project is “A New Moon in the Old Moon’s Arms,” a symphonic poem based on the Native American Anasazi people. Kamen appears in Atlanta with the Atlanta Symphony Youth Orchestra to perform several of his original works at a 3 p.m. matinee. Symphony Hall (Ware)

KEITH NAYLOR — With a rich, earthy voice that sounds a lot like Eric Clapton, local tunesmith Naylor is a captivating (albeit rather laidback) performer whose solid original songs often are embedded with an inspirational message. His anthemic tune “Spring Street” is a particular standout. This is an all-ages matinee. Eddie’s Attic (Nicoll)
