Brio Tuscan Grille & Bakery opens for lunch and dinner on Oct. 9. The Italian bakery-café will offer prime steaks and chops, pasta dishes, fresh baked breads, pastries, specialty coffees and more, served in a villa-like setting with arched colonnades and an open kitchen. Classes
Register Oct. 5 for the Art Institute of Atlanta’s six-week Baking and Pastry Certificate Program. Taught by professional chefs, the hands-on classes will begin with bread baking and continue with pies and cookies, cakes and decorating.
