Angelo and Maxie’s Steakhouse participates in the third annual Louis XIII de Rémy Martin Ultimate Dinner program starting this fall. A special-tasting menu was designed to accompany a glass of Louis XIII, and with each glass sold, Rémy Martin makes a contribution to the James Beard Foundation for aspiring chefs. The Flying Biscuit Café brings its fluffy goodness to Midtown with a new location opening on the corner of Piedmont Avenue and 10th Street on Oct. 31. The new location will have extended hours (7 a.m.- 11 p.m.) but will serve the same menu favorites as the Candler Park location, including all-day breakfast specials, pudge and love cakes. 404-687-8888.

Monty’s Seafood Restaurant will open in the former Bennigans location next to Lenox Square on Oct. 31. The Florida-based restaurant chain will serve fresh fish and seafood, including stone crabs.
