Mosaic, a Decatur restaurant serving a fusion of French, Spanish, Italian and Chilean cuisine, takes diners on a Latin adventure Oct. 12 with a celebration of Dia de la Hispanidad. The event will include a fixed price menu, live music and a complimentary bottle of wine to any group of six or more from a Latin American country.
