Beer drinking temperature is a matter of taste, and people from different countries consume beer at varying degrees of warmth/coldness. The temperature also varies according to setting, food pairing and purpose. For simplification purposes, we have stated the typically preferred temperatures, for both the traditional British preferences as decreed by Michael Jackson, and the varying — typically colder-- American taste in parentheses.

Wheat Beer: 45-50 degrees (40-50)
