The Judges
At 26, Russ Marshalek describes himself as “a young-un in the literary community.” For the past three years he’s been the marketing and publicity director for Wordsmiths Books in Decatur following a career in new/digital media marketing. An Oglethorpe University graduate, he’s worked as a freelance writer for publications including Paste magazine and maintains a personal blog at russ-marshalek.blogspot.com. He adds, “I’m in the process of attempting to pull together a memoir about my awesome white-trash upbringing.”
