Author Carmen Deedy and her husband, Grammy-nominated musician John McCutcheon, will be performing and reading to help raise funds for the DeKalb Library Foundation. Deedy’s works include Return of the Library Dragon, Cows for America and The Cheshire Cheese Cat.

Guests will hear selections from two collections of Atlantan historical fiction: BURNAWAY’s Le Bulletin Savant de l’Institut Historique Fictif d’Atlanta and the Wren’s Nest KIPP Scribes’ Read After Burning. Readers include Johnny Drago, CL’s Thomas Wheatley, Amy McDaniel, Scott Daughtridge, and Lauren Traetto.__
