Doodles completes first Living Walls mural in West End

Oakland-based street art badass Doodles busted out a mural on a 3,500 sq. ft. wall in the West End. (Rumor has it he spent his nights engaging in good old fashioned art vandalism with some of Atlanta’s graffiti guys, but you didn’t hear that from me.)

If you were in the neighborhood of Ralph David Abernathy and White Street in the West End last week, you might have seen a man lofted above the foliage on scaffolding, feverishly painting in the not-fucking-around summer heat. That kid was acclaimed street artist Doodles, who took a railroad sojourn from California to participate as the first artist in the Living Walls conference.
