Creative Loafing managed to snag two tickets to the WonderGlo gala to give away to our beloved readers. Don’t think we’re going to let go of them easy, though. These tickets run $250 a piece and get you a seat at the table for a collaborative dinner from James Beard nominee Linton Hopkins of Restaurant Eugene, Top Chef star Kevin Gillespie of Woodfire Grill, Joe Truex of Watershed, and others. We hear dinner is going to be served on tables designed and built by Justin Rabideau sitting on a dining floor that has been laid with grass.

Then, there are the performances by Atlas Sound, gloATL, DJ Vikki Powell, Fahamu Pecou, The Atlanta Opera, and others. Artwork by Jason Kofke, Gyun Hur, Lonnie Holley, and others. Then there are things I’m forgetting to mention right now and also the things that I don’t even know about. The point being, these tickets get you into quite the party.

Here’s how to win: In my feature about the this week, I talked about the difficulty of describing WonderGlo. Take a picture that you think somehow “describes” WonderGlo and email it to wyattww at gmail.com or tweet it at me @wyatt_williams with the hashtag #wonderglo. The best photo wins. All entries must be received by 9 am on Thurs., March 22, which gives you about 24 hours from now. Judging is entirely unscientific and based on whim. I’ll post the winner and the best runner ups shortly after the contest ends.

Don’t have time for these games? Buy your tickets here.

We’re also giving away a couple of “second wave” tickets (they don’t include dinner) here.
