WonderRoot CSA calls for artists’ submissions!
Don’t procrastinate!
Artists, mark your calendars: WonderRoot is now accepting applications for Season 05 of their Community Supported Art (CSA) program.
The new season will run from January to March and allow artists to produce 30 pieces of art, deliver a talk, and receive $1,000 compensation.
Taking cue from the Community Supported Agriculture model, WonderRoot CSA matches artists with collectors who bankroll the artwork by purchasing shares of the program. Season 05 artists will be able to contribute to the CSA’s overall mission to support Atlanta’s artists by commissioning their work, and encouraging collectors to invest in local art. The submission deadline is 11:59 p.m., Fri., Oct. 17, so get on it! To send your application, visit the CSA’s artist proposal page. Photographers, painters, sculptors, print-makers, and others are all welcome.
