Henry’s Midtown, Campagnolo owner Maureen Kalmanson’s new eatery, will make its debut Saturday, June 8, at 132 10th St. The 100-seat restaurant, designed by Jeffrey Bruce Baker, will feature a casual, chef-driven menu from executive chef Daniel Chance. Expect dishes like ahi tuna pizza, cilantro deviled eggs, barbecue shrimp with local grits, and more than 60 beer options to wash it down.

Hugo’s Oyster Bar - a new concept from the creators of C&S Seafood and Oyster Bar in Vinings - opens tonight at 10360 Alpharetta Highway in Roswell. Executive chef Jon Schwenk’s menu features a hyper-local selection of fish sourced regionally from the Outer Banks to the Mississippi Delta. Expect mackerel, snapper, Georgia blue crab, finfish, flounder, shrimp, and bayou crawfish, which show up in elegant preparations as well as po’ boys, debris sandwiches, muffulettas, and salads. The restaurant will also serve steaks, weekend brunch, and Deep South and Cajun desserts.

Originally slated for late June, sources say Ink & Elm will likely open in early to mid-July. Located at 1577 N. Decatur Road, the forthcoming Frederick Law Olmsted-inspired eatery in Emory Village will feature four dining zones helmed by former FAB chef Stephen Sharp: a central lounge, an upscale dining room, a private dining room, and a tavern bar.

Decatur’s Beer Growler Nation is opening a Midtown location, right down the street from Grindhouse Killer Burgers at 1874 Piedmont Road. The craft beer retailer is expected to arrive this summer.

It appears the folks behind the Spotted Trotter (1610 Hosea L Williams Drive) are planning to expand. The Kirkwood charcuterie boutique plans to open a small restaurant in 2014. Eater Atlanta suggests that it may appear at the soon-to-come Krog Street Market.
