Seven Lamps Fri., April 17, 3-4 p.m Cooking Class with Chef Drew Van Leuvan Join chef Drew Van Leuvan of Seven Lamps for a culinary learning, kid-friendly experience. The interactive cooking classes will teach the basics around the kitchen. Upcoming classes will cover pizza, cupcakes and cookies, and spaghetti and meatballs. Details

Fri., April 17, 3:30-11 p.m., Sat., April 18, 10 a.m.-11 p.m. and Sun., April 19, 12-11 p.m. Sweetwater 420 Fest Sip on some of Sweetwaters beers and enjoy a three-day music festival with a variety of artists. Some of the performances include Snoop Dog, Cold War Kids, Slightly Stoopid, and much more. A 5K is also available to sign up for on Saturday before the music begins. Details

The Iberian Pig Sat., April 18, 11 a.m. Calçotada Festival In celebration of calçot season, a Catalan culinary tradition, The Iberian Pig is cooking up Besmaid Farms, spring onions. Guests are welcome to put on a bib and enjoy the onions covered in salbitxada sauce. Details

H. Harper Station Sat., April 18, 5-7 p.m. The Social Drinking Club Learn about a distillery located in New Orleans’ historic Ninth Ward with Phil, as he will be sampling out the different rums. The bartenders will also provide spring cocktails featuring each of their rum expressions. Details
