With all that silly Valentine’s Day madness firmly in the rearview, let’s be honest: Did your lack of a valentine actually kind of get you down this year? Sure, you played it cool, posting a carefully crafted Facebook update reminding everyone — in a totally witty and not even bitter way — that V-Day is really just a stupid, commercialized holiday perpetuated by bloodless corporations. But maybe that was just a shaky front meant to conceal how painfully alone you are in the world. It’s OK, we’ve all been there. Truth is, lovers come and lovers go.
