Short films are used to convey a strong emotion to the audience and Short Films Series #1: UMFF 2017 presents several films to watch for viewers pleasure. Films like Five by Five, directed by Kate Herron, and Vida Muertos, directed by LeahCohen-Mays, will be screened.

 

Y'allywood Land Podcast live

The local podcast created for indie filmmakers by indie filmmakers puts on a live show during the fourth Y'allywood Film Festival.

 

Second Self Beer Company - 1317 Logan Circle N.W. Atlanta, GA 30318 6 p.m.

Stop by Second Self's taproom to sip on some of their classic brews and view artwork from local illustrator and graphic designer Kirsten Gross. Her work will be on display at the Second Self tasting room for October and November.

 

Peachtree Road Farmers Market's 10th anniversary

Peachtree Road Farmers Market is celebrating ten fabulous years of bringing local produce and goods to Atlanta with a blowout party. Featuring chefs that have been instrumental in the success of the market, the event's proceeds will be directly invested in the future of the market. Live music and dancing will round out the evening.
