CAPN​ ​Clinics​ ​- Medical​ ​vs.​ ​Media​ ​Karaoke​ ​Challenge!

Eventide Brewing - 1015 Grant St. S.E. Atlanta, GA 30315 $30. 8 p.m.

Media members and medical professionals interested in performing group karaoke to support health care access for Atlanta’s underserved families, women, and children. Anyone in the Atlanta community who wants to come out for a night of fun to watch the Medical vs. Media Karaoke Challenge, and support access to health care for families, women, and children in Atlanta without access to care. All proceeds support CAPN Clinics - a local nonprofit that provides free health care services to families, women, and children without access to care. Every year CAPN Clinics provides care for more than 3,000 patients in Atlanta, half of which are children. Your support will ensure that Atlanta’s underserved families, women, and children will continue to have access to health care.

British Arrows Film Fest

Landmark Midtown Art Cinema - 931 Monroe Drive N.E. Atlanta, GA 30308 $12. 6:30 p.m. 

Celebrating creativity and craft, the British Arrows 2017 features 75 minutes of the best in British TV commercials. Brits enjoy a unique sense of humor, storytelling and craft. The Best British TV commercials often have more in common with short films than they have in common with American TV commercials. Details.

XXYYXX & Chrome Sparks

12th Annual Santa Ride

Atkins Park, Virginia Highlands - 794 North Highland Ave. Atlanta, GA 30306 Free. 6 p.m. 

Grab your festive biking shorts for Atkins Park’s annual Santa Ride. The 10-mile ride through the streets of Virginia Highland in honor of owner Warren Bruno, who lost his fight with Lymphoma in 2012. There is no entree fee but a minimum donation of $25 is suggested. Proceeds benefit the Leukemia Lymphoma Society. Riders will meet in the restaurant at 5 p.m. The ride will begin at 6 p.m.

December Shoes & Brews

Wrecking Bar Brewpub - 292 Moreland Ave. N.E. Atlanta, GA 30307 6:30 p.m. 

A 5k and 5 mile route maps is provided and guests are invited to participate as long as they would like. 

The run leaves the Wrecking Bar at 6:30 p.m., and afterwards visitors can hang at the Biergarten, where thew Wrecking Bar will provides snacks and offer $1 off all their awesome, award-winning beers.
