SweetWater Brewery June 10, 2017, 7:30-11 p.m. Rock the Cure This annual Brews and Blues event has raised more than $700,000 for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation since 2007. Tickets include SweetWater brews, food and live music on the patio. Details
Brownwood Park June 10, 2017, 10 a.m.-noon Edible and Medicinal Plant Walk Learn to identify medicinal and edible plants on this walk with Gather and Give Botanicals. They will cover how to identify, harvest and prepare these plants, as well as their traditional and modern uses. The walk is free, but donations are encouraged. Details
Main Street, Duluth June 10, 2017, 10 a.m. to June 11, 2017, 5 p.m. Duluth Arts Festival This new, two-day festival will feature approximately 86 painters, photographers, sculptors, metalwork, glass artists, jewelers and more. Attendees can eat from food trucks with healthy alternatives, hear live acoustic music and view dance performances. Details

Howell Mill Rd. will close to vehicle traffic and chef Pat Pascarella will serve $5 bites including fish tacos, shrimp, corn dogs, Mexican corn and hush puppies.
