There is a new “Prince of Porc” in Atlanta. This past Sun., June 25 Cochon555 crowned Seven Lamps’ Drew Van Leuvan as champion. Van Leuvan prepared a six course tasting from a heritage breed Berkshire Tamworth cross hog from local Gum Creek Farms. He will compete in Grand Cochon, the epic finale to the 10-city touring culinary competition, on behalf of Atlanta this October in Chicago.
