Cathy Woolard's mayoral candidate showdown is tonight!

Councilwomen, start your engines!

Cathy ProJoeff Davis/CL fileCouncilwomen Keisha Lance Bottoms and Mary Norwood are set to face off yet again. And just a week before the runoff election, early votes are already being counted to determine which of these ladies will succeed Kasim Reed for Atlanta's mayoralty.

Cathy Woolard is hosting and moderating this evening's showdown at the Carter Center. The #FightingForAtlanta forum, "a Conversation of Issues, Values, and Vision," will kick off at 5:30 p.m., although Woolard's people tell us the venue is slated to be filled to the brim. If you don't feel like squeezing shoulder-to-shoulder with other policy geeks and anxious neighbors, you can watch a live stream of the event on Woolard's Facebook page here.

And, for Pete's sake, get out and #VoteATL!
