Asperger’s Are Us, an autistic comedic ensemble that has performed original absurdist and satirical sketches since 2010, returns to Atlanta on the heels of their eponymous 2016 Netflix documentary, Asperger’s Are Us. Troupe members Noah Britton, Ethan Finlan, Jack Hanke and New Michael Ingemi constitute the hilarious quartet. When the troupe bonded at summer camp, they decided to do comedy for comedy’s sake — not to ease public opinions about autism. For one night, Asperger’s Are Us brings their punny, deadpan sketches to the stage of Dad’s Garage to give Atlantans an unconventional comedy show. After sharing laughs with the crowd, they open the floor to an awkward and informative Q&A.
