A nationally-known education policy and leadership scholar and former urban K-12 school teacher and administrator, Fenwick’s op-ed articles about education, the economy and urban development have appeared in the Washington Post, The Boston Globe, Education Week, The Huffington Post, and Diverse Issues in Higher Education. More information.

During Black History Month, this event honors the late Mari Evans – a poet, educator, musician, activist, author, and a significant figure in the Black Arts Movement. The event includes a reception, student readings of her poems, and a panel of Black Arts scholars who will discuss her contributions to the Movement. More information.
