Ga Tech gets NCAA probe over strip joint cash

Georgia Tech received a NCAA “Notice of Violations” on Thursday according to the Georgia Institute of Technology’s website.
Upon further investigation, reports in both the AJC and ESPN tie this back to a November, 2016, incident in which former assistant basketball coach Darryl LaBarrie provided cash for a strip joint as part of a recruiting effort.
