NEWS BRIEF: Parent files segregation complaint against Atlanta school

The mother of an Atlanta student has filed a federal complaint of discrimination with the U.S. Department of Education’s Office of Civil Rights after discovering the existence of a policy separating children according to race at Mary Lin Elementary School.
