Fake sex claims bounce back
The man who tried to frame Georgia Tech basketball coach Josh Pastner with allegations of sexual assault was sentenced to three years of super-vised probation on Monday. Ron Bell could have received a maximum one-year prison sentence. He also was ordered to pay Pastner’s legal fees of $719,002. Arizona magistrate court judge Bobbi Berry told Bell that “you set yourself single handedly on trying to ruin his career, his reputation and livelihood.” ajc.com
