Walkers on the Eastside Trail will have an easier time getting to Trader Joe’s and other Midtown Promenade retailers once a new breezeway hooks up with the BeltLine, just south of Virginia Avenue. Estimated to cost $290,000, the new connection will include a covered walkway and is expected to revitalize the shopping center with added food traffic. Richards Variety Store, F.R.O.G.S.
