Made with melted bars of Cacao’s Dark 60 Blend, as in 60-percent cacao, the stuff comes in 4-, 8-, and 12-ounce cups. Cacao won’t give up the ingredients to its secret mix, but the warm, peppery Aztec spice that’s dusted across the top mellows the bittersweet chocolate as if the two were made for each other.
