From the venue:The new annual TomatoJam menu includes a variety of tomato-based appetizers and dishes from executive chef Nathan McGrath. Appetizers include tomato bisque, Heirloom tomatoes, cured salmon, seared scallops, tomato pie and more. Entrees include seafood stew, chuck eye steak, pan seared cobia, rolled beet dumplings and pan seared duck breast, all with tomato-based dressings and sides.
