Connection: Monthly Meditation

“Connection” is a free monthly meditation in and around Atlanta. The goal of this series is to bring people together, to relax, release, and decompress, and put the power of positivity back into our city in an authentic and open way. Connection is open to anyone and everyone and 100% donation-based. Whether you’ve never practiced meditation before or have a regular practice of your own, coming together with others to practice enhances intention and energy that allows for a connecting and expanding experience.

LOCATION: Grant Park PavillionEnter the parking lot off Boulevard SE at Confederate Ave. (Parking is FREE!) and enter the park using the trail at the bottom of the parking lot as if heading toward the zoo. Shortly ahead and to the right is a pavillion, we will sit adjacent to the pavillion. (You turn right almost immediately when you enter the park!)
