From 5-10 p.m. a handful of local crate diggers, record labels, collectors et al take over 529 with a low-key record swap. Come out, drink beer (or not), and talk about punk rock, harcdore, Hawkind, Crisis, industrial music, Tommy Wright III, and everything else that’s lodged in your record collector brain. Buy, sell, trade, and leave with an armful of LPs, 7-inches, CDs, and whatnot. These record swaps are always a good time to sign out of Discogs, browse records in the real world, and catch up with the friendly faces you always see at the record stores, shows, and coffee shops, in a casual environment.
