The last sushi making classes of the year where guests are invited to learn the basics, how/when/where/why of sushi making and how to throw a sushi party.
The class starts begins with a signature cocktail and apps, then pushes onward to sushi basics through making a nigiri and a makimono. After a quick sake bomb break visitors will move onto a specialty roll. Basically, its’ a lot of food and a lot of booze.
