At ages eight and seven, the brothers Tourie and Damien Escobar began learning to play the violin and ultimately studied at the acclaimed Julliard School in New York City. After years of performing in New York’s subways, they reached multi-platinum status on their debut album, “Struggle from the Subway to the Charts,” as well as received two Emmy Awards, Grammy nods and have been featured on The Tonight Show, The Today Show, Dancing with the Stars and the major motion picture “Step Up.” They came in second on “America’s Got Talent” season three.
