Celebrate Father’s Day at Canoe and treat your father to a fresh, delicious meal and pristine scenery. Chef Carvel Grant Gould has created a unique a la carte menu with seasonal specials and traditional favorites such as grilled Atlantic salmon over baby spinach and spaghetti squash tossed with citrus pecan vinaigrette. There will be a brunch seating from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. as well as a dinner seating from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.
