Le Vigne at Montaluce now features perfectly paired wine dinners the first Friday of every month. On Friday, July 1, enjoy hand-crafted and homespun courses from Chef Steven Hartman, paired with Montaluce’s own fine wines from winemaker Maria Le Roux. Selected courses include butter poached beef rib eye (chanterelle, baby shallots, summer squash) and Springer Mountain chicken confit (Anson Mills polenta, pickled green tomatoes).
