From the venue:Join Ecco for a history lesson and tasting of Europe's secret ingredient: vermouth. This fortified wine was first used as a medicinal libation until the 19th century when it became an important ingredient in many of the first classic cocktails. The executive chef, Craig Richards, will be a guest professor to demonstrate how to use it in home cooking. There is no cost to attend. Guests get 15% off if you stay for dinner.
