SB 469 is an assault on freedom of speech and working families. Other legislation being pushed through the Georgia legislature attacks immigrants, women, the poor, and the unemployed. Not only has money drowned the voice of the people in our halls of government, now the powerful seek to suppress it in the streets. SB 469 would fine and criminalize protest, undermining free speech and our ability to redress grievances.Occupy Atlanta along with a large coalition of Georgia working people will demonstrate on March 17 that the voice of the people CANNOT be suppressed.END CORPORATE RULE!
