The HEAL Ourselves (Healthy Eating and Active Living) Garden Tour is a program that offers the community a day filled with interactive activities focused on healthy lifestyle choices. During the series, health and wellness providers will facilitate activities related to healing arts, health & nutrition, food preparation, and starting your own garden.
