Woodfire Grill is offering wine tastings, available to guests dining from 6 to 8 p.m. every 3rd Thursday. The restaurant will pour eight wines focused on a theme or region. The cost is $15 per person. On Thursday, April 19, champagne and sparkling wines will be featured. With pours of Cava to tête de cuvee champagnes like Dom Pérignon, sparklers are thought to complement food better than any other wine. Reservations are required - please mention the wine tasting when booking your reservation.
