Barbers from across the metro Atlanta area are rallying together to give FREE HAIR CUTS hair to young men ages 14 to 26. Barbers and other speakers will discuss current issues that are effecting the youth and bring awareness to the growing number of youth in the criminal justice system. BRING your SONS, NEPHEWS, NEIGHBORS and any young man to THE CUT-OFF. Enjoy food and performances by local artist. This even is sure to encourage and give hope to young men!
