Canning & Preserving #100 Immersion Workshop

From the venue:A complete 4-hour workshop that teaches the basics of Water Bath Canning. Students will be doing the preparation and canning of the products along with detailed instruction on safe canning. You will receive a notebook with recipes and full canning instructions along with tips and guidelines. Three products will be canned: a fruit, a pickle, and a tomato-based product, which will be chosen according to the season. You will leave with the knowledge to do home-based canning on your own and will have 3 jarred preserved products at the end of the workshop. All supplies are included.
