The Starlight Six Drive-In’s annual festival of hot rods, rock bands, and cult movies combines the festive spirit of a tailgate party with the novelty of seeing movies under the stars. During daylight hours on Sun., Sept. 2, the Starlight will host a classic car show and a slew of rockabilly bands, including Black Lips, Subsonics, Blacktop Rockets, and Webb Wilder and the Beatnecks. At dusk, the movies start: Blade Runner, Big Trouble in Little China, Blacula, and H.O.T.S.
