Learn how to dine with sophistication in post-Edwardian, Downton Abbey-style. Chef Christy Seelye-King will teach you proper dining etiquette and formalities by assigning each student a title and position in the house followed by a game to test your skills. Diners will make two desserts: charlotte russe and peach melba.
