Black Chronicles II Life Drawing Session

Thu., April 21, 7 p.m. 2016
Cost: Free-$5

From the venue:

Spelman College invites folks to join a final drawing session with host and local artist Jessica Scott-Felder. This session takes place at the Black Chronicles II exhibition, curated by Renée Mussai and Mark Sealy, currently on display at the college’s Museum of Fine Art. The exhibition explores the Black presence in late 19th century Victorian Britain through rare images depicting both ordinary and prominent citizens. Model Kaia Niambi will be on site to provide drawing from life inspiration as she poses. The session requires no artistic skill, only your own drawing materials. Scott-Felder invites you to bring an open mind.
