From the venue:This installment of Local Threeâ€™s hands-on cooking classes will cover the summery flavors of Mexico. In addition to straightforward recipes, executive chef Todd Mussman and his crew will teach participants how to add concepts such as seasonality and other techniques to their cooking arsenal. Afterward, sample the dishes created in the class at a private luncheon at the restaurant.
