This 5k walk/run, hosted by I AM BOOKS and David Manuel, is intended to show support and fathers in the African American community and show the power of a connected family. There will be free health screenings, live performances and quality community time. The funds raised will benefit the DeKalb County Chapter of the 100 Black Men of America Leadership Academy and the Stewart Foundation. There will be a sponsor and VIP reception on June 9th at Phipps Plaza, hosted by Sak’s 5th Ave.
